Preferably candidates will have international experience both on and offshore in a variety of climates and remote locations. Ideally candidates will possess good knowledge of every aspect of exploration and appraisal drilling operations including cementing, drilling fluids, directional drilling, stuck pipe avoidance, bit/BHA and hydraulics optimisation, conductor driving, Mudline suspension etc. Also you should have experience of one or more of the following aspects;

• Onsite supervision of drilling and well engineering projects
• Planning, design, preparation and cost estimation of drilling projects
• A good the understanding of the equipment to drill; LWD, MWD, Gyros, Rotary etc.
• Good communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to adhere to scheduled deadlines and in accordance with the programmed drilling operations and health and safety regulations
