The ideal candidates will possess a Masters or equivalent degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline. Excellent computer skills and practical experience of expertise in one or more of the following skills is required:
- Well test and completions planning / design
- Proven ability to write plans, procedures and tenders for well tests, completions and equipment
- Aptitude to perform / supervise well tests and pressure transient analysis and QC
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and to supervise staff
- Performance evaluation
- Accurate reporting, confident presentation and excellent negotiation skills
